Buenos Aires, November 29 (NA) — Abel Pintos was a guest on 'La Noche de Mirtha' and surprised everyone by confessing that he didn't like his own voice until a few years ago. 'I didn't like how I sang, it wasn't until 2015 that I found the voice that defines me,' he stated. According to the Argentine News Agency, the singer admitted that despite having a privileged tenor range, he felt insecure about his way of singing. 'It took me many years to become the singer I wanted to be.' In response, the hostess didn't hesitate to highlight the singer's fans. 'What surprises me is that everyone knows his songs, it's impressive,' she commented. Finally, journalist Gastón Recondo, also a guest on the show, declared himself a fan of Pintos and revealed that he attends every concert with his family. 'He gets better every year, more and more people go to see him at his concerts. I like listening to the first albums because I feel they have a nice energy, but I don't like my voice,' he explained. Meanwhile, Mirtha expressed her surprise at the number of spectators attending the artist's concerts. 'The last time at River Plate, we had 40,000 people at each show,' Pintos assured. 'I go with my wife and daughter whenever I can,' he concluded.
